We provide food, shelter, water, fire, and camping essentials. Customer will need to bring clothing for the elements and season they are planning on renting the gear.
-
We want to give customers who never been camping a experience they feel comfortable and confident in doing with no prior knowledge. With our adventure specialist giving guidance and where to go and getting them familiar with the gear, we also offer tutorial videos to assist them on how to operate the gear.
-
During fire bans, we will continue to offer fire bundles until they restrict fire from campgrounds also. We will give out MRbuddy heaters instead.
There will be video guides to assist customer in how to operate the equipment by simply scanning a QR code.
These rentals are separate from the rental agreement and waiver form you fill out for the Polaris units. Any and all equipment is covered under its own agreement; this includes but is not limited to damages above the normal wear and tear, which is for the Adventure Specialist’s discretion; this includes any lost or stolen items and includes lost items that are not properly secured to moving transportation. We believe in the you-break-it-you-buy-it policy. Customer agrees to pay the current retail price for the item.
Customers who fail to promptly report any damages to or loss of equipment when it occurs or who fail to cooperate with our investigation of damaged or lost equipment may be charged for all equipment at current retail price. Customers should report any damages to or loss of equipment as soon as it happens or as soon as the customer sees it. Customers will be required to fill out damage/incident reports in any case of damage or loss.
