Fall at the Grand Canyon
While summer is coming to an end, we're approaching one of our favorite seasons for exploring the Grand Canyon - Fall!
Many people think about the walls of the Grand Canyon being covered in snow or hot tempertures, but there's more to see. Heavily wooded areas within the Grand Canyon National Park and the Kaibab National Forest change colors right before your eyes, decorating your view with yellows, oranges and reds.
One of our favorite things about fall is the cooler temperatures. Summer at the Grand Canyon can be upwards of 100, so the cooler temps around 60-70 are welcomed each year!
If you're visiting specifically in the fall for the views of leaves and less crowds, October is probably your prime time to visit! It's easier to hike, ride your Polaris ATV throughout the park or forest and explore the town. Nothing beats the feeling of riding down the dirt paths on a cool fall day!
While you're in town, don't forget to support our local businesses! Stop by Grand Canyon Rentals Adventures storefront or book online before you arrive for a seamless check-in process. We can't wait to welcome you to the Grand Canyon!
