This week is an exciting time for the Grand Canyon National Park. On top of celebrating Earth Day today, it’s also National Park Week!

Earth Day is always a special time at the Grand Canyon as it reminds us to take a step back and gasp in awe of the natural beauty we see here. It’s also a time to reaffirm our commitment to keeping our land clean, recycling, and planning what we can do to help our planet in the coming year.

We take time to reflect with the entire country’s national parks one week each April.
